Disassemble from the old garage which we now turned it into a bedroom. It's not a full set which the rail, the chain and some other metal pieces are not included. I've shown all the pieces available in the pictures. i've tested it by plugging in the main power and the buttons on the opener (open and close) and also the remotes works. For more advance functions (i don't know whether it has), I was unable to test. It's been sitting in the shed for the last 12 months during the renovation.
